Arrival Time

Clients are asked to ensure that they arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. First time clients will receive a FREE 15 minute consultation which provides an overview of the treatment process, discussion of the desired goals, and the completion of a consultation form. Late arrivals may result in the reduction of treatment duration in consideration of the next scheduled appointment.

Attire

Body treatments: it is best to wear loose, comfortable clothing. Disposable underwear and gowns are provided if required. Please be aware that products can get onto clothing, although every effort is made to avoid this. It is also advised to avoid spray tan and moisturiser on the area(s) that are being treated.

Face Treatments: please ensure that you wear an open-neck top without a collar. Strapless gowns are provided if required.

Hydration

It is essential that clients drink 2L of water daily pre/post-treatment to aid the detoxification process that has been stimulated by the treatment.

Medical Conditions

If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or planning pregnancy, and are on any medications, please ensure you inform your beauty therapist when booking your appointment.  If you are uncertain about any medical conditions that could prevent you from having a specific treatment, please do not hesitate to contact your Meraki Beauty and Wellness consultant.

Packages

All packages are to be paid in full at the time of booking appointments unless therapist suggests otherwise.

Products

Products purchased cannot be returned and are non-fundable.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to alter or cancel your appointment. If our team is not notified and you do not show up, 50% of your treatment cost will be charged to your nominated card.

Medical History

It is the responsibility of the client to inform their therapist of their medical history prior to booking an appointment and communicate any updates or changes to this that occurs throughout the duration of the treatment process.

Cash and Credit Cards are accepted. Afterpay is available in store.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for purchase and are valid 3 years from date of issue.  They are non-transferrable and cannot be used for cash. In-store pick up or online purchases are available.

Data Protection

All client information is confidential and restricted for internal use only, it is not passed on to third parties without client consent.
